Cheeky Monkeys Day Nursery

Case Study TwoAn established children’s day nursery based in Warwickshire needed to expand into a second premises and decided that a freehold property would add security and value to the business.

Having found a residential property, a bridging loan was agreed to purchase the property quickly while additional funding was sourced for the development work to bring the property to the standard required.

Once completed, the debt was refinanced onto a long term loan funded exclusively by the trading business.
